    General Responsibilities / Job Summary (A brief description that summarizes the overall purpose and objective of the position and the results you are expected to accomplish):

    The employee would create a differentiating experience for all visitors to the solution center. Responsible for achieving solution center goals through efficient and accurate transaction processing, while providing needs-based client solutions.

    Essential Functions/Duties (A few accountabilities that cover the tasks, duties and responsibilities that are most important to get the job done, listed in priority order. Describe what must be accomplished including supervision or management responsibilities and quality and quantity standards.):

    3. Proficient in Customer Experience and Onboarding Model.
    4. Team Player, willing to be flexible with duties and responsibilities.
    5. Exercises proficiency and accuracy with client maintenance requests and problem resolution. Opening of business and consumer deposit accounts and related services.
    6. Contributes to meeting or exceeding solution center goals by recommending needs-based solutions and providing an excellent service experience in person or via another communication channel.
    7. Advise on all consumer lending solutions and processing applications efficiently and accurately. SAFE Act Compliant, has or will obtain an NMLS ID within 60 days of hire.
    8. Execute all sales, servicing, and banking transactions accurately while following all compliance and security procedures.
    9. Ensures a differentiating client experience while conducting transactions and uncovering needs.
    10. Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, while remaining informed of all changes to policies and procedures.
    11. Review daily NSF exceptions and decision them. May contact clients and/or work with client RM as needed.
    12. Complete customer wire requests within approval limits.
    13. Performs all other duties as assigned.
    Requirements:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent.

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with clear direction from supervisor.
    • Ability to generate new business by outbound calling, generating referrals and involvement in the local community.
    • Attention to detail, problem solving and the ability to be proactive.
    • Basic knowledge of bank products and services; including mortgage loan origination.
    • Skilled in engaging clients/prospects in a sales conversation and optimizing sales opportunities.
    • Strong ability to comply with policies and procedures.
    • Strong computer knowledge and Microsoft Windows skills required.
    • Strong client service skills.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
    • Strong sales skills.
    • Satisfactorily completes required annual regulatory training.

    Experience: At least three (3) years cash handling, client service, and sales experience. 1 year of Non-Real Estate Consumer lending experience required.

    Required Certification/Licenses: SAFE Act Compliant (NMLS ID)

    Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to all locations in the bank's footprint as needed.

    Physical and Mental Job Requirements:

    • Must be able to verbally communicate instructions and information clearly, concisely, and accurately to our clients and their co-workers.
    • Must be able to read and comprehend sometimes complex operations specifications and details to process transactions accurately, while always providing security awareness.
    • Manual dexterity for the functional operation of office equipment, computer terminal, and other office equipment.
    • Must have ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
    • Must have visual acuity required to work at a computer terminal.
    • Mobility enough to coordinate activities in the department and lifting no more than 20 pounds may be required.
