- Processing requests for new loans, ACH exposure, Anytime Business Banking from existing customers
- Processing requests for loan modifications from existing customers
- Processing requests for line of credit, ACH and Anytime Business Banking renewals for existing customers
- Make decisions on overdrafts/uncollected
- Following up on past due and matured loans to maintain delinquencies at minimal levels
- Maintaining credit files with current financial information, call reports, credit reports, correspondence, etc.
- Developing and maintaining a calling program for existing customers
- Preparing Problem Loan Reports
- Participating in Team projects and assisting other lenders as directed by the Team Leader
- Developing relationships with other Business Partners and cross-selling products/services to existing customers
- Developing relationships with CPA's and Attorneys of existing customers to source new business opportunities for the Bank
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively interact with clients and co-workers throughout the organization.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Baker Hill Software a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree required in areas such as Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. Formal credit training required.
- 7 years related experience.
- 3 years related management experience.

As the ABL (Asset Based Lending) Portfolio Manager you will manage the Portfolio of existing clients as well as nurture and expand the relationships to best serve the clients account. You will consistently identify the needs of the clients to recommend and deliver appropriate products and services. Directly responsible for managing a large portfolio of loans.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
