    **Description**

    **Job Summary**

    Our Customer Care Team responds in a positive, energetic and proactive way to questions, requests and concerns that come from current and prospective members.

    **Daily responsibilities**

    Communicate with members via phone, email and chat.

    Document communications.

    Handle a queue of various order and subscription handling tasks.

    Document emergent problems, ideas and trends around Second Nature products and services.

    Advocate for members needs with management.

    Project/admin work as assigned.

    **Qualifications and Skills**

    Excellent written and verbal communication in English

    Excellent, demonstrated customer handling skills

    + Kind and articulate

    + Sound the same on your 30th call of the day as on your 1st.

    Retail or business customer experience required

    6+ months of contact center experience strongly preferred (more preferred)

    + Using CRM software such as ZenDesk or

    Ability to type 50 WPM

    Good overall computer skills (Mac OS strongly preferred)

    Startup mentality: self-starting, rapid learner, curious about the whole business

    Comfortable with adapting to continuous growth
