- Supporting stakeholder committees and senior leadership reviews
- Maintaining a treaty compliance database
- Providing policy support on arms control issues
- Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years or Master's Degree with 10+ years in a related field
- 4+ years of personnel management experience
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in building client relationships
- Experience working with the federal government
