    We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in finding great deals on hotels and activities worldwide. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, have excellent communication skills, and possess the ability to work independently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist customers via phone, email, and chat to find the best hotel deals and activities. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and issues promptly and effectively. Offer personalized travel recommendations based on customer preferences and budget. Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, deals, and promotions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the travel industry. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
