Your responsibilities

Configuration, installation, and commissioning of big data analytics platforms
Integration of big data analytics platforms into customer infrastructures and source systems
Participation in the handover to internal managed service operations after project completion
Troubleshooting in 2nd/3rd level support to support internal managed service operations

Your profile

Completed technical studies or comparable education combined with practical experience
Desirable first practical experience in one of the following areas: cyber defense, IT operations analytics, observability platforms
Basic knowledge of implementing big data analytics platforms
Good English language skills, both written and spoken
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills
