Austin Surgeons is looking for a PSR/Scheduler dedicated to providing excellent customer service to join our team. Your time will be split between 3901 Medical Parkway, Austin TX and 1411 Medical Parkway, Cedar Park TX.In this role, the team member will need to be able to communicate in English and Spanish with our patients.

- Responsible for scheduling appointments and entering patient demographic and financial information into a database.
- Collaborates with the business office to verify patient insurance and will communicate with the patient regarding patient payment responsibilities.
- Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Working knowledge or medical terminology and procedures.
- Previous experience with insurance verification preferred.
- Experience using Practice Management / EMR systems
- Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading both English and Spanish preferred
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
