Description

Duties:

-
primarily responsible for recruiting, on-boarding, and hiring the best, most caring team members:

responsible for confirming interviews 24 hours in advance

- responsible for on-boarding caregivers
- responsible for scheduling and facilitating orientations
- responsible for assigning and facilitating on-going training and team building activities
- responsible for answering phones and fielding client calls
- responsible for state compliance
- responsible for special projects and other duties as assigned, and general office management

The compensation package is base + BONUS.
Mandatory Skills

At least two years in the field of recruiting and staffing.
Experience in staffing or home care industry.[ Experience as caregiver is a PLUS]
Strong knowledge of recruitment / interviewing methods / techniques.
Excellent analytical, organizational, computer and communication / presentation skills.
Excellent oral and written skills.
