IT Demand Manager (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for:

  • Defining and shaping new IT requirements for Volkswagen Group Retail Germany in collaboration with various departments (such as HR, Finance)
  • Developing and implementing long-term IT strategies and graphical planning of IT landscapes
  • Identifying technological trends and innovations to increase our competitiveness
  • Successfully managing IT projects and resources
  • Documenting, monitoring, and optimizing IT service processes
  • Developing a standardized IT portfolio by managing IT service providers and selecting specialized products

You bring with you:

  • Completed studies or a comparable degree in computer science, business informatics, software development, or IT sales
  • Several years of experience in IT demand management and/or IT portfolio management
  • You understand long-term business goals and can translate them into IT requirements and strategies
  • You have a solid technical understanding to evaluate IT requirements and communicate them with technical teams
  • You can coordinate and ensure the timely implementation of IT services within given budgets
  • Identifying and evaluating risks related to IT requirements and operations
  • Negotiation skills when
