Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help clients with mobility assistance and transportation to appointments or outings
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior
Requirements:
- Experience in home care, social work, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration and direct support techniques
- Familiarity with working with people with developmental disabilities or childcare experience is a plus
- Ability to provide patient care with empathy and respect
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality
- Knowledge of hospice care principles is beneficial
- Strong caregiving skills and a compassionate nature
