Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the lead teacher in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children.

This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and professional development.


Duties:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing ageappropriate lesson plans and activities
• Provide care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times
• Support classroom management by promoting positive behavior and enforcing rules
• Assist with daily routines, including mealtime, naptime, and toileting
• Engage children in educational and play activities to promote their cognitive, social, and emotional development
• Collaborate with the lead teacher to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and materials Experience:
• Previous experience in caregiving, toddler care, or working with young children is preferred
• Knowledge of first aid procedures for children is an asset
• Experience in a preschool setting, nannying, or babysitting is beneficial. Passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow
• Ability to follow instructions from the lead teacher and work collaboratively as part of a team.
