These tasks await you with us:

  • Providing customer-oriented advice and implementing our mission statement is a positive challenge for you
  • You support in managing the store, motivate the team, and create a personnel schedule based on demand to ensure the best service even during high customer traffic
  • Together with the team, you ensure optimal flow of goods and maintain an attractive product presentation
  • You keep an eye on sales and cost development and quickly implement appropriate measures in coordination with the store management
  • You interpret industryspecific key figures and keep an eye on sales, inventory, and personnel costs

What convinces us:


  • You have completed a commercial or equivalent vocational training
  • Ideally, you have first leadership experience or experience as a deputy in the retail or industry sector
  • You enjoy leading and developing a team together with the store management, think entrepreneurially, and always keep costs in mind
  • Communication skills, a high sense
