Description
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, filing.
- Monitor and prepare lease renewals in a timely manner
- Monitor commercial leasing agreements and prepare new leases as required.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Proofread documents for errors or inconsistencies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Assist with accounts payable/receivables as needed
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Customer serviceoriented mindset with the ability to provide exceptional service
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Notes)
