Description

Duties:


  • Perform general clerical duties, filing.
  • Monitor and prepare lease renewals in a timely manner
  • Monitor commercial leasing agreements and prepare new leases as required.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Proofread documents for errors or inconsistencies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivables as needed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset with the ability to provide exceptional service
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Notes)
