What to expect?

  • You will manage the OE tire development program
  • You will negotiate on a technical level with the OEM (requirements / results / test conditions / technical approval, documentation)
  • You will build and expand the relationship with the technical side of the OEM at the operational and management level and gather all necessary information for technical success with the OEM
  • You will create opportunities for technical presentations and meetings, including with senior management of the OEM
  • You will lead joint tests with OEMs and support OEM-related quality issues and problems

What should you bring?

  • You have a technical degree or higher and have already gained initial professional experience in vehicle technology, as a supplier or through an OEM
  • You have organizational and programmatic skills
  • You have good interpersonal skills, are a team player, and have strong negotiation skills
  • You have a good sense for customers, are willing to travel, and have an affinity for cars
  • You speak English and German fluently
