Job Description:

You will be responsible for planning the lighting systems within Potsdam.
You will continue to develop the general lighting plan and lighting technical principles for the city of Potsdam.
You will independently and responsibly accompany planning and construction measures for street lighting systems, lighting systems on bridges, stairs, waterfronts and jetties, art and monument objects, as well as illuminations in public spaces.
You will take responsibility for the operation of public street lighting systems.
You will be the technical contact person for external service providers.

Requirements:

Completion of a technical or engineering degree (Dipl./FH, Bachelor) in the field of electrical engineering, energy and environmental technology, infrastructure management or a comparable technical or engineering degree with a focus on electrical engineering, energy management or energy technology.
Relevant professional experience.
Strong economic thinking and acting.
Very good technical skills and knowledge in relevant legal areas.
Strong conflict resolution skills and resilience.
High judgment and decisionmaking
