Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Verifies and posts confidential credit information and identification credentials into the patron's credit file
  • Makes direct contact with banks and consumer credit reporting agencies and casino credit reporting agencies as needed.
  • Makes direct contact with other casinos to obtain and document patron casino credit information.
  • Inputs and authorizes guests credit lines into the computer system.
  • Audits mailin marker payments, return check logs and return marker logs.
  • Reviews bank deposits made for markers return checks and returned markers.
  • Adjusts customers' accounts with regards to suspensions for returned checks and markers.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:


  • HS Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Able to clearly, appropriately communicate to guests and Team Members.
  • One (1) to two (2) years moneyhandling experience.
  • Ability to successfully fulfill the preemployment process.
  • Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Frequent walking, standing, kneeling and sitting.

Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registrations:


  • Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to work with mínimal Supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise, bright lights, smoke, and dust
