    Job Description:

    As a key part of our team, you will support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and Nurse Management Team in overseeing nursing and business operations. You will help manage budgets, strategic planning, and have 24/7 accountability for specific areas. Additionally, you will supervise staff and ensure efficient nursing administration.

    Qualifications

    Shift: Full Time (Varied)

    Education:

    Graduate from a recognized Nursing school, BSN REQUIRED.

    Experience:

    Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience and one (1) to two (2) years of management experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

    License/Certification:

    Active RN license in Nevada. Current BLS and ACLS certifications for adult patients.
