- Managing a portion of our IP litigation and pre-litigation activities.
- Negotiating license and settlement agreements.
- A J.D. degree and license to practice law in California.
- 4 years of experience in U.S. federal IP litigation.
- Strong written and oral advocacy.
- Technical expertise in computer hardware and software.
- Excellent judgment and case management skills.
- Judicial clerkship and trial experience preferred.
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

The base salary range is 188,000 USD - 287,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
