Description

As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced dining environment.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
• Provide menu recommendations and answer inquiries about menu items
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Assist in setting up dining areas for service and clearing tables as needed
  Skills:
• Experience in cash handling within the food industry
• Strong guest service skills with a focus on guest relations
• Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar pointofsale systems is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
