Established Oil & Gas Instrumentation Business has an opening for a fast pacing Multi tasked Office Assistant.As a small business you will have below job duties:
- answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
- greet public and clients and direct them to the correct staff member
- fax, file, scan and copy documents
- retrieve information when requested
- request quotes from vendors
- send out purchase orders
- reconcile PO against invoice
- pay bills
- monitor and maintain office supplies
- human resource documentation
- book traveling trips for colleagues
COMPENSATION:
Health Insurance, Paid Vacation, Life Insurance, Short Term Disability. Direct Hire.
Requirements:
3 years office experience
Min. Associate degree or higher education
Attention to detail and problem solving
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficiency in MS office
Training Will be provided
No convicted criminal record and must pass drug test.
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
