- Assist with Accounts payable & receivables.
- Ensure all records are kept accurate and are available for internal and external review and compliance
- Filing and renaming documents for audit/billing support
- Assist on other assigned tasks by other peers, managers
- Must be proactive and have strong communications skills
- Ability to learn complex accounting systems (Deltek & CostPoint)
- Must be able to troubleshoot and problem solve and demonstrate professionalism and a positive work ethic.
- Intermediate to Expert Excel skills
- BS or BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (desired)
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with co-workers, peers, management, project managers, and customers.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet any sudden deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work additional hours when needed during month-end close or if any special projects are assigned.
