Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers.

As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to residents in our assisted living community, supporting their daily activities and enhancing their quality of life.


Duties:


  • Provide direct support to residents with various needs, including dementia care.
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents while respecting their rights and dignity.
  • Assist with mobility, including lifting and transferring residents when necessary.

Experience:


  • Prior experience in nursing homes, senior care facilities, or similar settings is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with resident rights and protocols for providing personalized care.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with patience and empathy.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and their families.
  • Willingness to undergo any necessary training related to caregiving.

Pay:
$14.00 per hour
