- Comply with organizational and regulatory policies.
- Participate in quality management activities.
- Minimum of two (2) years post-graduate mental health therapy experience in the last five (5) years.
- Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related behavioral health field.
- Must hold a valid license as either a Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Clinical Counselor, or Clinical Social Worker in California.
- National Provider Identifier required.
- Familiarity with current DSM nomenclature.
- Demonstrate superior service with cultural sensitivity.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Level II).
