ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


Marketing

  • Work with senior management to develop, implement and manage strategic marketing initiatives to meet the needs of the Foundation, including all digital marketing, printed materials, Cenikor website, social media sources and any other identified marketing sources.
  • Maintain and update Foundation marketing materials and sources, ensuring consistent branding and effective pricing.
  • Utilize internal resources and outside vendors to develop marketing materials with consistent design and messaging across all facilities.
  • Oversee the management of digital marketing, social media strategy and website design and content, and support updating at least monthly but also as needed or requested in order to grow Cenikor's visibility as a leader in the behavioral health industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the behavioral health industry.
  • Work with human resources to develop and manage internal marketing strategies to increase employee engagement, including multiple methods of communication.
  • Oversee the process for the Foundation's annual report and monthly employee newsletter.
  • Manage and track all marketing costs in accordance with preapproved marketing plans and budgets.

Business Development

  • Develop, implement and manage the business development plans to meet the needs of the Foundation, including performance management of all Business Development leaders, Client Outreach Managers, as well as coordinating efforts with any Facility Support Center marketing staff.
  • Work closely with the Director of Business Development on fulfillment of capacity and population goals by managing all aspects of marketing to all referral sources, including judicial referral sources, healthcare systems, EAPs, unions, companies, clinics, other substance use treatment facilities, community organizations, learning centers, and other viable referral sources.
  • Analyze market data to identify potential areas for growth and development.
  • Participate in ongoing communication with Director of Business Development, as well as Client Outreach Managers including attendance of regularly scheduled conference calls.
  • Work with the Director of Business Development to support staff training at each facility to promote a consistent message within the community and to meet strategic goals.
  • Support staff in representing the Foundation effectively throughout the community.
  • Articulate the mission, vision, values, and goals of Cenikor Foundation through correspondence, presentations, and other opportunities.

General

  • Ensure completion of Big 5 performance management tools by the required deadlines and use of SMART goals to support annual performance compensation review.
  • Uphold the core principles of Cenikor's culture and create a positive working environment for all team members.
  • Participate as a member of executive team and assist with maintaining effective organizational strategy and culture.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on all client and Foundation matters, referring questionable issues or activities to the President/CEO.
  • Perform all additional duties and consistent with the exempt functions as assigned in this job description.
