- Has PE and/or PG or interested in attaining professional licensure(s)
- Consulting experience
- BS/MS in Geology, Environmental Engineering, or similar major
- Minimum 8 years' experience completing environmental investigation and remediation projects in New York
- Demonstrated success in planning, developing, and executing field investigation/remedial strategies for pollutants in various geologic settings
- General or working knowledge of NYSDEC assessment, investigation, remedial programs, state, and federal funding mechanisms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in MS Office products
- Familiarity with EQuIS database

Job DescriptionHRP Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager- Geologist with 10+ years' experience to join our team. This candidate will primarily be responsible for day-to-day management of a portfolio of projects under the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation's (NYSDEC's) Standby Engineering Contract. In addition, the Project Manager will help manage and grow the existing clients and prospective clients within New York, including but not limited to State brownfields, Office of General Services (OGS) remediation and tank design projects, as well as private and municipal clients. A variety of challenging assignments will be offered to successful candidates, including environmental assessments, the design and execution of hydrogeological investigations, and remedial actions.
