Your training activities
  • Get to know the processes of office management - from assistant and reception tasks to office and business processes (making phone calls, writing letters, answering emails, planning meetings, etc.)
  • Monitoring of incoming and outgoing payments within accounting & taxes
  • Knowledge of technical and commercial management of our VBW properties
  • Close exchange between you and the communication department of our company - including the organization and implementation of external and internal events
  • Shaping and maintaining customer relationships
  • Cooperation with internal and external partners to ensure efficient tasks and communication channels
