Your training activities- Get to know the processes of office management - from assistant and reception tasks to office and business processes (making phone calls, writing letters, answering emails, planning meetings, etc.)
- Monitoring of incoming and outgoing payments within accounting & taxes
- Knowledge of technical and commercial management of our VBW properties
- Close exchange between you and the communication department of our company - including the organization and implementation of external and internal events
- Shaping and maintaining customer relationships
- Cooperation with internal and external partners to ensure efficient tasks and communication channels
- Start of training: August 1st of each year
- 3-year training - office management assistant
- Vocational school lessons at the Louis-Baare-Berufskolleg in Bochum
