Creating Fascinating Things:
Your Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining relationships with software suppliers
Evaluating supplier quality and performance in regards to compliance with DO178C and DO25
Ensuring design and process safety with software suppliers
Assisting in the selection and development of software suppliers that meet aerospace standards
Conducting audits and reviews of software suppliers to ensure compliance with standards
Developing and implementing processes for continuous improvement of supplier quality and performance
Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure supplier products meet project specifications
Training and supporting internal teams in compliance with DO178C and DO254 when working with software suppliers
Advancing the quality assurance system

Bringing Your Strengths:
Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field
Proven experience in supplier development, preferably in the aerospace sector
Comprehensive knowledge of DO178C and DO254 standards and their practical application
Experience in evaluating and selecting software suppliers
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
Ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts
Teamoriented and able to collaborate with various stakeholders
Willingness to travel extensively, including internationally
