Description
The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the ministry team, so that New City will be more effective in making disciples who take the message of Jesus to the places they live, work, study and play.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the ministry team, including record maintenance and general office duties.
- Uphold confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information and communications.
Inventory Management
- Coordinate the procurement of supplies for various ministries, ensuring timely delivery and effective inventory control.
- Supervise ministry supply inventories, maintaining accurate records, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating restocking efforts as needed.
- Process and manage supply returns for ministry staff.
Event Assistance
- Assist with logístical arrangements for church events, including setup, communication with stakeholders, and onsite assistance as necessary.
Project Management
- Collaborate with the ministry team to identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and implement solutions to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Utilize project management software to track tasks, deadlines, and progress on various projects.

Physical Requirements
- This role involves substantial activity and requires mobility for a significant portion of the workday.
- The incumbent must frequently lift and transport items weighing over 20 pounds.
- Reliable transportation is essential for running errands and supply procurement as needed.

Pay:
$ $24.89 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
