    Job Description

    Position: Tax Senior

    Tax Senior Job Description: gpac, a 30+ years recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the tax industry. Our client is a family-oriented CPA Firm with a stellar reputation built over three decades. They serve a diverse client base, including artists, small family businesses, and international companies, providing them with personalized and expert tax services.     Tax Senior Responsibilities
    • Prepare and review individual and business income tax returns
    • Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide recommendations to clients
    • Analyze financial statements and accounting records to identify tax savings opportunities
    • Assist with tax planning and compliance activities
    • Provide exceptional client service, building and maintaining strong relationships
    Tax Senior Essential Job Functions:
    • Utilize tax software to accurately prepare and review tax returns
    • Stay updated on current tax laws and regulations
    • Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding tax services
    • Communicate complex tax information in a clear and concise manner to clients
    • Provide training and guidance to staff members as needed
    Tax Senior Skills:
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in tax preparation and review
    • CPA certification preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
    • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws
    • Proficient in tax software and MS Office Suite
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
