    Monday through Friday

    1:00PM - 5:00PM

    We are currently seeking LPN's for all Shifts Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN

    Qualifications:

    • Qualified LPN with previous skilled/LTC nursing background experience,
    • BLS is required
    • IV certified, knowledge of PCC is a plus
    • Knowledge with admissions/discharges is a plus
    • Excellent resident care skills and license in good standing
