    Description

    We are a global real estate company looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team due to company growth. In this role, you will play a crucial role and providing forecasts and financial analysis for the company's global locations. You will contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial direction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform financial analysis to support decision-making processes and provide actionable recommendations.
    • Maintain financial models in Excel, manipulating formulas and data to extract valuable insights.
    • Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data, analyze trends, and develop accurate forecasts.
    • Contribute to the budgeting process by providing insights and assisting in the development of financial plans.
    • Prepare quarterly forecasts and analyze KPIs
    • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate financial findings to stakeholders and leadership.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
    • 1+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a related role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic environment.

    Compensation: Anticipated hiring range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually depending on experience

    Location: This is a hybrid role in Los Angeles, CA.
