Key Responsibilities

  • Roofing professional that strives for excellence in every task and excels at leading a team. Understands the roofing process from beginning to end and can remove and install roof systems with no assistance or supervision. Can assist other employees by answering questions and showing techniques.
  • Understands the roofing process.
  • Install, repair, or maintain roofs using various materials.
  • Lead a team of roofers onsite, providing guidance, instruction, and support to ensure the successful completion of roofing projects.
  • Manage the entire roofing installation process from start to finish, working closely with production supervisor to ensure project stays on track and meets quality standards.
  • Train and teach new employees
  • Prioritize and enforce safe working conditions for both crew and customers.

_Experience_

_ Skills & Requirements_

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Available to work Monday through Friday hours, after hours and weekends as needed.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to climb ladders and walk around on roofs.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more while walking and climbing up ladders and stairs.
  • Communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.

Compensation:
$ $40.00 per hour
