    The Online Sales Agent will respond to new home sales phone calls, emails, web inquiries, and chat inquiries and direct pre-qualified leads to the appropriate sales office at Woodside Homes communities. This role serves as the first point of contact and local market expert for all new leads and as the liaison between new homebuyers and the Woodside Homes sales agents. They will drive traffic and sales to the communities by nurturing leads and key influencers (i.e. Realtors) through the delivery of timely and content-rich communication. They will also facilitate a continued interest in and excitement for Woodside Homes our homes and communities.

    GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide an ongoing, exceptional customer experience.
    • Respond promptly and informatively to all internet leads, caller inquiries, and chat inquiries.
    • Build rapport with the prospective buyer, answer questions, guide them through the discovery process, highlight amenities and features, and provide appropriate information to generate further interest.
    • Utilize lead management software (HubSpot) to manage and nurture leads and realtors through a series of follow-ups while maintaining continuous engagement and uncovering incremental sales.
    • Utilize strong prospecting skills to nurture all leads until they are ready to move to the next phase of the sales process.
    • Schedule the initial appointment between the customer and the Sales Agent.
    • Initiate and maintain email drip/nurture campaigns using HubSpot.
    • Maintain positive relationships with on-site Sales Agents through regular contact, attending sales rallies, and participating in ongoing training.
    • Coordinate with the Marketing Department to maintain the accuracy and relevance of the information on the website and all internet-related marketing.
    • Responsible for extensive product and community knowledge to assist in generating internet leads.

    KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • High School graduation or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
    • Previous experience in internet sales and/or marketing, outside sales, or lead generation preferred.
    • Knowledge of functions and phases of home building preferred.
    • A real estate license when required by the assigned state.
    • Ability to upload photos, edit and manipulate information, and perform other web-based tasks.
    • Strong interpersonal/communication skills.
    • Strong oral/written communication skills; excellent telephone skills.
    • Ability to effectively communicate and work with prospective buyers with all levels of interest, and varied personality types.
    • Strong closing skills with the ability to ask for and secure appointments.
    • Excellent computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

    • Observed measurement of effective processes through shortened timelines, effective document processing, and improvements to process flow.
