Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bartender to join our tea.]. As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, to our guests in a timely and professional manner. You will also provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests to ensure their satisfaction and creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in our hotel bar.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and spirits, according to established recipes and standards.
Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, taking drink orders, offering recommendations, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar area, including proper storage of beverages, glassware, and bar tools.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including responsible alcohol service practices, to ensure the well-being of our guests and staff.
Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed and minimizing waste to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Collaborate with other members of the hotel staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge of beverages and hospitality trends.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting required.
Extensive knowledge of different types of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, as well as mixing techniques and garnishes.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
TIPS or similar certification for responsible alcohol service is a plus.
