Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Music Teacher to join our team. As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for providing quality music education to students of all ages. This is a rewarding opportunity to inspire and nurture the musical talents of our students.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging music lessons that align with curriculum standards
• Teach students various music concepts, techniques, and skills
• Provide instruction in playing musical instruments, including piano, guitar, drums, and more
• Lead group music activities and ensembles
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate performances and events
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• NJ Teaching Certification
• Previous experience in teaching music to students of all ages
• Strong knowledge of music theory, history, and performance techniques
• Proficiency in playing multiple musical instruments
• Classroom management skills to effectively engage and motivate students
• Experience working with diverse student populations
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
