• Process intake of Trailing documents from Retail and Wholesale lending operations
• Open all incoming mail daily
• Request collateral from warehouse bank
• Scan/image all trailing documents into the imaging system and verifying documents are indexed correctly
• Scan original loan documents into origination system
• Input data into Loan Origination Systems when applicable
• Create FedEx, manifest and document labels
• Organize and ship documents to custodian
• Pull and work daily reports
• Perform other duties as assigned

• MS Office
• Must be able to work in Lake Forest, CA Corporate office. Not a remote position
• Entry level position. Some mortgage experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED
