Carnival Maritime, located in Annandale, MN, is seeking a Junior Superintendent Dry Dock (f/m/d) to join our team.

Our company specializes in providing top-notch marine operation competencies and best practices, with a focus on safety, health, environmental, and compliance standards for cruising.

We strive to enhance communication and streamline processes between ship and shore.

Our ultimate goal is to achieve net carbon-neutral ship operations by 2050, and to support this, we have established a new center of excellence dedicated to defining and executing our decarbonization strategy and addressing technological challenges.


As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the preparation and execution of our Dry Dock season.

This includes organizing and managing occupational health and safety activities, assisting with planning and reporting, and managing budgets.

You will also help update and enforce OHS standards and procedures, and participate in leading OHS processes during Dry Dock execution.


To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marine engineering, ship building, or ship operation (a Master's degree is a plus).

You should also have at least one year of professional experience in ship handling or the shipyard business, as well as training in occupational health and safety.

Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office are also required.
