Project Manager - Corrugate
who will be responsible for gathering all details for corrugate packaging projects.
Key Accountabilities:
Project Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costeffective utilization of resources
- Collaborate with sales, customers, and/ or suppliers for artwork specifications and approval
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders crossfunctionally, including custom tooling, sourcing, and logistics teams, to foster a resultsoriented work environment and ensure seamless project execution
Technical Expertise:
- Ability to provide corrugate sizing recommendations
- Provide technical guidance and support to teams, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications
Customer and Supplier Communication:
- Interface with sales and customers, understanding their needs and expectations and providing thought leadership
- Communicate project progress, address concerns, and ensure customer thrill throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with suppliers for new opportunity or quality issues
Resource and Risk Management:
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to source materials and services within budget constraints
- Provide cost reduction recommends via redesign
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with corrugate packaging projects
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success and resolve problems
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure highquality corrugate packaging solutions
- Conduct preliminary testing, verify test reports and specifications
- Fulfill employee portion of the Berlin Values
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, packaging, or a related field required.
- Three or more years of experience in a related corrugate role.
- Proven experience and skill in project management, specifically in corrugate packaging projects.
- A strong knowledge of corrugate packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and industry trends and best practices; understands corrugate/bottle fitment.
- Understands specifications and is able to read drawings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fastpaced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail.

Office, Warehouse, & Testing Lab at our Fairfield, CA Distribution Center
