What you can do with us

  • You will be involved in the establishment of service management structures
  • You will ensure compliance with agreed service levels and manage service providers, including handling escalations
  • Your tasks will include SLA reporting, quality assurance, service and process optimization
  • You will participate in the development and revision of service components for internal IT services
