Your responsibilities include:

You will be the contact person for our departments regarding end device management
Your main focus will be on the administration and management of our Apple and Linux end devices
You will significantly contribute to the continuous improvement of our mobile device management (MDM), analyze, evaluate and derive appropriate measures, and provide direct support in operational matters
As part of this, you will administer software applications and take care of update maintenance
You will provide technical support to end users for hardware and software issues
You will implement security policies and best practices for all our end devices

Your qualifications:

You have successfully completed a degree (e.g. in business informatics), a completed IToriented training, or relevant experience in the field of end device management
You have relevant knowledge of IT infrastructure (including server and network technologies) initial experience in automation is an advantage
