- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of related program planning and implementation experience.
- Knowledge of government regulations.
- Expert level in MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions.
- Highly organized and able to work independently and in a team.
- Persistent and diligent attitude.
- Operationally curious and seeks situational understanding.
- Experience with COGNOS, Costpoint, P2P, Chrome River.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- BA in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- CGFM, or CDFM.
- Familiarity with data visualization and financial modeling.

What You'll Get to Do:
Responsible for all program level financial analysis and reporting, program cost control, revenue and profit forecasting, customer reporting, rate analysis, planning, compliance with regulations, and program set up.
This role is a hybrid position, 3 days a week in Springfield, VA and requires a TS/SCI clearance.
