Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipunctures and skin punctures to obtain blood samples
• Accurately label and process specimens for laboratory analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen records with meticulous attention to detail
• Ensure proper storage and transport of collected specimens
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure patient and staff safety
• Provide excellent patient care, addressing concerns and ensuring a comfortable experience
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Phlebotomy from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Phlebotomist
• Strong knowledge of phlebotomy techniques and safety standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
• CPR certification is a plus
