Description

Our client is an internationally active and financially strong medium-sized group of companies with around 150 employees worldwide. For decades, they have specialized in the production of machinery and equipment for the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries, as well as the life science sector, and hold a leading position in the relevant market segment with innovative technology. To expand their personnel capacities in the service department, we are looking for a technically skilled individual (m/f/d) for our location in the Lake Bridgeport area.

Service Technician/Commissioning Engineer

Your tasks:

Comprehensive training at the company's headquarters in Germany
Independent commissioning and performance testing of equipment
Worldwide deployment at customer sites
Customer and operator training, troubleshooting
Performing all necessary adjustments for process optimization, as well as occasional in-house assembly work
Direct contact person for customers

What we expect from you:

Technical education, preferably in mechatronics
At least two years of professional experience in mechanical and plant engineering
Qualification as an electrical specialist is an advantage
Desirable knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens S7), experience with Win CC Flexible and TIA Portal
