Theory and Practice:

Over the course of seven semesters at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Göttingen, you will gain knowledge in areas such as ecology, soil and climate science, forest management, silviculture, timber harvesting, forest management, and wood marketing, as well as forest and society and global forest change.

You will study alongside students in the Bachelor's degree program in Forestry in small semester groups.

This very hands-on program deepens the course content through numerous excursions, project work, and practical exercises, and during the semester breaks, you will complete your practical phases in a training company.

Towards the end of your studies, you will also have two three-month practical phases.
