With over 40 B.O.C. stores and an online shop, we sell bicycles, e-bikes, and everything related to cycling. We are one of the largest bicycle retailers in Germany and employ more than 1,200 employees. Your tasks with us:


  • You are the first point of contact for our service and repair intake
  • Provide individual and needsbased advice to our customers on workshop products and services
  • Take care of repair intake and supply of goods and spare parts through our merchandise management system
  • If something does go wrong, you support with the processing of returns and complaints
  • Show your technical and manual skills in repairing bicycles and ebikes

What you already bring with you:

  • You have completed an apprenticeship as a bicycle mechanic (or in a related field)
