    Job Title: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)

    Company Overview: Join Soliant, a premier healthcare staffing company committed to providing exceptional therapy services in schools nationwide. We're currently seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team.

    Location:South Milwaukee, WI

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
    • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address individual needs.
    • Collaborate closely with educators and families to support student progress and participation in school activities.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
    • Eligible for or possess state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a school-based setting.
    • Passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives.
