    We are a mission partner supporting DoD, Intelligence, and Civil space customers. We develop complex radiation effects mitigated designs that balance competing requirements in modern space programs, delivering cutting-edge solutions that enable our customers to achieve more in space.

    Essential Functions:
    1. Perform requirements verification activities through program life cycle.
    • Breaks down top level requirements into actionable design elements.
    • Supports product development lifecycle from requirements development, through design and implementation, and completing with verification and validation.
    1. Perform electrical, software, and firmware testing activities through design and requirement verification.
    • Create verification plans and procedures.
    • Executes verification plans and procedures in an electronics lab environment.
    • Works independently or as part of a small team to complete assignments.
    • Works with cross functional design team to design, develop and test electronics systems.
    1. Support interfacing disciplines such as firmware, mechanical, RF, hardware, integration & test, and program management.
    2. Design and develop detailed test plans and procedures tailored to the specific requirements of space electronic systems, encompassing both functional and environmental testing parameters.
    3. Conduct thorough functional testing of electronic components and systems to verify compliance with design requirements and specifications.
    4. Perform a variety of environmental tests, including thermal vacuum testing, vibration, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing, to simulate the conditions of space and evaluate the performance of electronic systems.
    5. Perform other duties as necessary.
    Qualifications:

    Must be a U.S. Citizen

    Education/Certification: BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering. Master of Science preferred.

    Years of Experience: 5-10 years' experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or verification and validation methods.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    1. Familiarity with printed circuit assemblies and electrical test.
    2. Experience with electronics test equipment: multimeter, oscilloscope, signal generator, spectrum analyzer and network analyzer.
    3. Proven communication/interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and ability to be a strong team player.
    4. Experience on executing integration and test activities following test processes and test procedures for electronic systems.
    5. Experience collaborating in a multi-disciplined team to solve complex problems.

    Proven experience on functional testing and environmental testing to space industry standards, including random vibration, thermal cycling, thermal vacuum, EMI/EMC, ESD and shock testing.
