Are you energetic, friendly, professional, and looking for a full-time position? New opportunity available in our Dixon office.

Greet administrative visitors, set up computer equipment for meetings, perform basic financial duties, assist staff with questions, cover clerical operations during lunches, breaks and vacations and perform various administrative duties.

Requires experience in a confidential setting, good keyboarding skills and an excellent customer-focused attitude.

A successful Administrative Assistant will be professional, polite, attentive, and accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Administrative Assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Administrative Assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

Some duties include:


  • Provides direct administrative support for members of the Executive team.
  • Stamps, sorts, and distributes mail.
  • Generates reports from computerized and paper records, including charts and graphs.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, set priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to always work with confidential material and situations in a discreet and professional manner
Wage:

$17.11 +doe/ per hour
