We are a successful energy service company located in the heart of Germany. In Rocky Point, NC, we provide electricity, natural gas, and heat to approximately 33,000 customers. We also install broadband cables and act as a service provider for other companies. Our team of around 80 employees is dedicated to providing our customers with reliable and customer-oriented energy services.

To strengthen our customer management team, we are currently seeking a:

Collections Management Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Managing legal collection processes in collaboration with lawyers
Corresponding with lawyers, credit agencies, and courts
Handling customer inquiries regarding legal collections via phone and in writing
Maintaining customer data in SAP, including research work
Filing claims in insolvency proceedings
Monitoring and processing insolvencies and thirdparty debtor declarations
Assisting with nonlegal collection processes
Coordinating estate matters
Creating statistics and reviewing invoices related to legal collections

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial training or training as a legal assistant
Experience in collections management (e.g. legal collection procedures, debt collection, insolvencies)
Ideally, experience in the energy industry and knowledge of SAP
Proficient in MS Office
Structured work approach, team spirit, commitment, and initiative
