Key Responsibilities:

Accurately estimate costs for powder coatingonly jobs.
Oversee the management and coordination of such projects from start to finish.
Provide estimates for powder coating components in conjunction with ISA specifications.
Handle procurement duties including ordering all necessary powders, spare parts, and chemicals required for operations.
Efficiently manage scheduling within our internal powder coating departments to optimize workflow.
Liaise with logistics teams to organize timely collection and delivery of goods requiring powder coating services.
Maintain departmental profit & loss statements and contribute actively during management meetings.
Collaborate closely with lead staff members on production planning schedules.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) reporting directly to the Plant Manager to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Facilitate daily team briefings aimed at bolstering communication across your department's workforce.
